The pandemic was a challenging time for event creators. As they prepared for the reopening of live events and faced a new world of uncertainty and health regulations, Eventbrite wanted to lend support.
We knew the best people to chart the path forward were event creators themselves. So we invited the Eventbrite community together to inspire, educate, and support one another.
RECONVENE began as a virtual summit and after an overwhelming response expanded into always on peer-to-peer educational sessions. In it’s second year, we push the program even further, adding an Accelerator program to help launch new event ideas and curating a hand-selected ambassador community of best-in-class creators to help power RECONVENE content.
The program continues in perpetuity as a mainstay of Eventbrite’s community initiative.
RECONVENE Summit
We developed a half-day virtual summit featuring industry-leading keynote speakers, fireside chats with seasoned Eventbrite creators, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities.
Accelerator Program
We launched an Accelerator program that helps event creators bring their dream events to life through access to funding and mentorship.
RECONVENE Sessions
We programmed quarterly conversations led by event creators addressing pertinent topics from marketing your event to expanding your business to securing sponsorship and beyond.
Creator Collective
We curated a hand-selected group of best-in-class Eventbrite creators to power content. Members receive exclusive access to networking and experts as well as exposure for themselves and their series.
